On Sunday 5 January I went to purchase prepaid electricity from an ATM. The transaction was cancelled but the R500 was still taken out of my account. I called to query this on 6 January and was told it would take 2 days to rectify. I called back 2 days later and was then told that turn around time is in fact 6 days. When I called back on Tuesday this week I was then informed that they cannot give me a turn around time and someone will call me. This is ridiculous, its has been 2 weeks and still the money has not been returned and no one has contacted me. How can there be no turn around time and no one willing to help in this regard.
