I bought data using the nedbank app on the 14th DEC and was never credited the data. I called the call center who logged a query and was told of a 3 day turn around time. Its a new week and still no 1 has called. Just called your call center now again and been given a new 10 working days turn around time. This is very pathetic service i must say from you guys. You are quick to send messages when things aren't ok with the account but take your time to resolve customer issues. I'm getting tired of always having to log issues about service.
