First For Women Insurance
DEBIT ORDER WENT OFF ON THE 17TH. WHY?

I am disgusted with First for Women
In December my premium went off and there were Insufficient funds. I am self-employed and a client who promised to pay never and went on leave the 16th. First for Women sent me an e-mail and said the debit will run the 7th, I then made provision for this. Sorted. On the 17th they ran another Debit Order and when I spoke to the Consultant, Mpho at 7.45am she said I must refer to the Terms and Conditions. the 17th January running a debit with NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever. I DEFAULTED ONE TIME in DECEMBER AND THIS GVES FIRST FOR WOMEN THE RIGHT TO GO TO MY ACCOUNT FOR THE FEBRUARY MONTH. Major repercussions for myself. I am looking for the agency that can help me eith this. It is almost 2.00pm and I asked for the extract out of the Terms and Conditions referring to that part to be sent to me via e-mail. Also, impossible. This will be posted in an Age of Electronics. I am so unhappy, frustrated and Angry..
