I have been struggling for 3 days to sort out some cancellations on duplicate orders I made with the smart devision from FNB. My first call this morning was answered by Declan Pretorius. He is a true star, he went the extra mile to assist me and did so with a smile. He was patient, understanding and sorted my query out within 4 minutes!
