Thank you so much for your assistance in resolving each and every concern I had, and for always being so pleasant and incredibly helpful!!! Your communication with me throughout my claims process was excellent. Thank you for making a not so pleasant experience, into a pleasant situation, where being insured was not the "grudge purchase" often made out to be.
