Hello

I am an FNB customer and I have been a customer for 8 years now, I find it so difficult to believe that FNB is not supporting their customers up to the fullest. I started applying for car finance which was declined by Wesbank and approved by Nedbank, I applied for credit card with FNB and it declined and was approved by Nedbank, I applied recently for personal loan, FNB declined and Nedbank approved, and they even offered me a cheque account of which I am considering taking because they have been with me through thick and thin and offered low service rate, my bank FNB did nothing... Tell me why should I stay with yall if you are good for nothing?

true, you are leading in technology but when it comes to service, very poor, Nedbank not good in technology but has a fantastic service n support. Its like you are the bank for millionaires not us the centeniers. would be glad to get a convincing reason of why should I staying with FNB.
