On Thursday 24th January i phoned Oaksure Insurance and spoke to Kholofelo Mabala, with regards to my
account debited with the incorrect figures for the monthly debit order. Kholofelo promised to get back to me with feedback and still waiting, this is not for the 1St time this lady is doing this. I always have a problem with her last December she took more than a week to give me feedback. Certainly think this lady is very incompetent and does not care about the client, i always get bad service from this lady. i am a customer here and deserve good service. would someone get back to me please today.
