First National Bank
Illegal Auctioning of Property

I bought the property in 2007 from FNB and started having financial problems with repayments a year later and asked for a reduced repayment fee and the bank refused. I was then deployed with work to anopther Provinceand left the property there as it is. In Novemebr 2010 I learnt that the property was auctioned for a mere R100 00 without my knowledge and now the bank is after me demanding over R600 000.

Morever, my municipality account is still open and being charged for services. The bank should have cleared the account and paid it off, instead a cheque of about R33 000 was paid to the municipality and bounced.

So by law. 2 things should have happened firstly i was suppose to be noticed about the auction and I was not and secondly before the property could be transferred into the new owner's name, my municipality account should have been paid in full.

I hereby demad that the bank clears my municipalty account and write off the amount is says I owe and clear my name at the ITC.
