I was arrested on Sunday by police officers who didnt have uniform nor any form of identification. i was detained on Sunday night for Intimidation and Resisting arrest. i called Scorpion on Monday to get assistant since im am their client who never missed even a single premium. i called and was transfered to a polite lady by the name of Lorraine, she said i was gonna be assisted and they will send a lawyer to Moroka police station. i waited, slept another night in that hole. on Tuesday morning i went to court, and still, my "lawyer" was not there. i had to call again, asked for Lorraine, who told me the lawyer who was appointed for this case bailed out on them, they will try find someone else. this means if i had not made that call, i wouldnt have been notified of this. i then waited another hour in the holding cells. i got myself one of those private lawyers who assisted me and ensured i got out. as i was about to be released, there came a lawyer from scorpion who asked if i had R1500 for bail. the matter hasnt gone to court yet they still demand R1500. i dont know how you operate, but what i need from you is to stop lying because you are never there when clients need you.
