I have tried on 2 occasions to call the Justice first 24/7 hotline and I can never get through. I first called in November 2013 and now in January 2014 and still - nobody is there to assist you. In fact the line drops. What is going on? Am I paying for service that does not exist? I am terribly disappointed!
