I applied for a study loan for my child, starting college next month. The loan has been approved, but I've been trying to get hold of Norenchia Williams since last week, but no luck. I send e-mails = NO REPLIES!!! I phone, she is not available. I leave a message for her or someone to phone me back = NO ONE PHONES ME BACK!!! Must I rather take my account (credit cards, etc) to another bank? Does FNB want to help their clients, or do they only assist up to a point where they just don't care anymore? This kind of "service" is totally unacceptable!!! I'm still waiting for someone to phone me...!!!
