It took my 9 visits to a Capitec branch to open 2 accounts for my minor children.
9 VISITS!
on this road i was faced with incompetence and mostly really BAD attitudes!
Today I met Nandi together with Robin (branch manager) at the West Street Branch (Dbn) who treated me so well, was extremely competent in her work and i walked out with 2 accounts.
i can only hope that they get the same recognition and attention as a complaint would have gotton!
well done ladies - you are stars!
