I had a compliant where i felt another employee my Miway did nto handle my situation well and showed no apology for it. I then decided i was goign to cancel my policy with them, however when the matter was referred to Thapelo (their Manager), he was sincere about the incident and that it was not be taken as how my Miway treats his clients. He gave me an assurance that one he will look into how he can resolve the matter to get me to stay by reviewing my current policy. And he did just that and kept me informed every step of the way.
