Pray you never need to claim!

I bumped a little dent in my car. I had it assessed and it would cost R2000 to fix. Then the claim comes back, they say it will cost R13 900 and I have to pay R3000 of that. If you ask them to explain they just rudely say, "Do you want to claim or not??? "

I hope this kind of thing does not happen to many other nice people.
