I am so impressed with the service I got from Discovery Insure. My car was bumped on Monday, I contacted Discovery Insure on Tuesday morning and Palesa Mashilwane lodged the claim, she was very professional and help me in the whole process. Few minutes later Urika contacted me and told me I must take the car to the assessment centre the next day. On Friday Morning I was sent an e-mail to confirm the claim was approved and which panelbeaters I must take my car to and the courtesy car was organised as well.
