Hi,
I am being continuously harrassed by your systems for providing proof of payments into my account because apparently I am a non-resident. There are two problems with this
1. I am a permanent resident and I have updated my details with you several times over 2013
2. When I do provide the documents I receive no response
3. As much as I have a platinum banker, I do not because she never ever responds to my emails even if she herself said she prefers email
What do you want me to do? Shall I take a day off work and laminate the certificate and gift wrap it for you? I will gladly send you an invoice for the income I lose due to putting up with your. I am quite ok with any valid enquiries from your side, but when I have done my part and you claim to have A SYSTEM then please stop being so incompetent.
