Good Day, I am Rabindh Hardew, I fell from my roof top and broke my Femur, that's my hip... I went for a hip replacement, and have not been to work for 1 month, I also work on commission basis. My policies are important to me, and I have never defaulted in my debit orders, now when I need my Policy no one has the integrity to get back or faller up with me. 1-2 are claims I want to make. No feedback from agents. 3- I have taken the Policy but no paper work was sent or e - mailed to me. I spend hours on the phone being transferred from department to department...
