I would like to thank Stefanie Martins at Telesure Group Service for her brilliant service. What a pleasure talking to someone that listens, understand and going the extra mile to help. I phoned on Friday regarding my partner spec's that broke, it was 15 min later she phoned me back and the claim has been approved and I received payment this morning. Everyone knows how frustrated it can be if you wear prescription lenses and have to wait for ever, but due to her help all went well and I am more then just an happy client.
