After my PC, modem and printer all got damaged by lightning last week, I lodged an insurance claim and was fortunate enough to be able to talk to Stefanie Martins on Friday. This morning I could fax through all supporting documents and she phoned me to say the money for my claim will be in my account this Thursday. Wow!! Thank you for such friendliness, professionalism and just being downright nice to a customer who felt really down after such a mishap!
