Me and my husband were involved in a car accident on the 14th of September. It has been almost 4 weeks since then and we are still waiting to be paid out by Discovery.
Mr Riaz Samodien is the claim consultant that is taking care of our claim and his behavior is extremely unprofessional as he doesn't return calls or e mails keeping the client uninformed about the progress of the claim.
Very disappointed with the service. And definitely not recommending Discovery Insure.
