A True Customer Centric Experience

For greater than a year now I have been a member of Discovery Insure, and during that period I unfortunately had a number of claims during that period, every single claim of mine paid out. The person who assisted me in my most recent claim where my car was written off was Riaz Samodien. The accident in itself can be quite stressful, that does not even include your average day to day stresses. Riaz made my experience profoundly easier. He called me with updates, returned my calls, he explained the process. But it didn' stop there. He was extremely empathic about the situation, and he most certainly went the extra mile. Riaz, I thank you for your assistance and your truly remarkable service. A Customer Centric Culture starts with Great Leader, I think that you can spread that culture. You have been incredible. Suleiman, as Riaz's manager you assisted even though I didn't "demand to see a manager". You stepped in when your team needed that extra hand because they were so busy, a customer does not often experience that, and you even assisted me with my queries and didn't just hand it over. Thank you Riaz for making this unfortunate experience of mine so much easier.
