I am still shocked by the service received from Standard Bank Call Centre.
I contacted the call centre requesting for a settlement amount on my revolving credit loan, and was told that the only place I could get that was at the branch.
firstly the lady requested my savings account card number and then she will need my pin number - to get the reference number that's the only time she can provide a settlement amount. without a pin code she cannot.
I HARDLY EVER USE MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND NEVER WILL, I DONT SEE MYSELF ASSOCIATED WITH A BANK WITHOUT INNOVATION.
I told her I don't recall my pin number because I never use this savings acc, I just needed a settlement fiqure not anything more. She then told me to get it from the branch, I am not sure how is the loan account affecting my savings account?
