I noticed that I am not the only customer complaining about more money being debited from my account compared to what is stated on my schedule.
Quicksure decided to debit R313 more off my account and no one seems to care. I complaint about the incorrect amount on 3/1/2014 and 11 days later I am yet to receive a response from Petro Harris and Lelanie Van Deventer.
Please resolve this immediately before further steps are taken.
