My experience in summary: I was violently hijacked and robbed. I submitted a valid claim which was summarily and unfairly rejected by Cobus Becker of Telesure who also had a callous disregard for my feelings and emotional wounds. Cobus insinuated that I was deliberately deceitful and I take strict exception this. I am treating this matter as a personal attack on my character. I maintain that I was co-operative, open and honest and answered every question truthfully. I find the rejection of my claim grossly unreasonable. I demand that this groundless decision be immediately reversed and the claim paid out in full. I have written a detailed letter to your internal dispute resolution department as requested by Cobus Becker and expect a final decision by no later than close of business tomorrow 17h00 - 28.02.2013
