No positive response - Insurance complaint

Hi Pravesh It is absolutely unacceptable that I have to clarify any issues with your Assessor you appointed after I contacted your Absa Insurance Call Centre for a status progress on 2014/01/14I contacted the Contractor (ChrisMidnight Spark in Vereeniging which was appointed to do the work at my property in RoodepoortWest Rand) on 2013/01/10 whom informed me that he is waiting for permission from the assessor to fix my tile roof before work can commence internally to my propertyI am not sure what com[any the assessor is working for but I propose that the latter organization better get their act in placeI am waiting for the days of the Ombudsman to pass by (20 days) I will engage externally wrt legal supportI am sitting with photos of the hail damage to my property on the roof as well as the built Gazebo after my personal investigation (Brick and tile/ceiling/lighting structure) damaged I held on wrt telephonic calls for numerous time constraints 27 21 17 minutes to Absa Insurance offices without being assisted, No answer. I am still waiting for the refund of the Geyser in0 which I had to pay on the 4th January 2014. When can I expect a roof specialist to access the damages.
