BAD SERVICE TO LOYAL CLIENT

My car got towed by Miway due to a mechanical fault. the consultant seemed to have thought I had hit something and logged a claim as an accident and as a result my car has been sitting at SMD for days now. I called to get my car released however they are refusing to issue me with a release letter so I can collect my car and gave it fixed myself. I have been calling the call centre as well as roadside assistance and all the consultants I spoke to give me attitude but no answers or solutions. all I want is my car, I do not want to claim or want miway's money I just want my car back. how hard can that be??? I have been offered no help or sympathy at all and I have been with miway for years now. this is totally unacceptable and I have decided that I will rather have to cancel my insurance and go to a provider who will assist their clients properly. I am suffering as I use my car to go to and fro from work but now I have to ask for lifts all the time!!! I am highly disappointed!!!
