As I have been told that insurance rejections can be appealed but I have been calling and emailing ABSA since last year still awaiting on the rejection letter. I have furnished them with 2 email addresses and this morning after spending 40min on the phone being transferred from 1 place to another and then the telephone being dumped in your ear not cool. They seem to have no problem sending me sms's reminding me of payment that will be deducted the only reason why I changed my insurance in the first place is because they came highly recommended. I am a paying customer and think I deserve better treatment than I received. I want to know what part of a pool if it cracked is wear and tear when I signed up I was told on the telephone that my pool would be covered now I get told when the pool cracked its wear and tear and I cant even get them to send this so called rejection letter that has been sitting on the Managers desk since last year.
