Its with absolute Disgust that I have to say that ABSA Insurance is the most pathetic, worst Insurance Group in this Country or world. They confirmed that my Insurance Peril does not cover my Pool but when I took it out it was told that yes the swimming Pool is covered. After logging a complaint on Hello Peter then only they respond and ask me to proof to them that my pool must be fixed by the Insurance. I submitted 2 different opinions and to date I have not received any word or feedback from them. When I phoned last Thursday the lady said ' Sir you must fix your own Pool with your own money '.When i asked her where should i find the money she blatantly replied ;' I did send you the correspondence and we not fixing it so find another Insurance '
Now is that the response that we as law abiding citizens, tax paying and Insurance paying citizens must get! I need to advise everyone, please do not take out Insurance with ABSA as there is allot of complaints and unfriendly staff that is not willing to Help or to Listen!!
I have given up hope now and if anyone out there can advise a better Insurance please advise as I'm to upset to use profound language.
