Incorrect premium charged

I have been insured with Discovery Insure for just a few months and the first month I raved about their service until now.
In December, they charged me almost R200 more on my premiums but until this day, no one in that office can explain to me why.
The first explanation i was given was that my premium went up because I added a laptop and an ipad which is not true - i only added an ipad and even then my premium was R1036.76 which i was comfortable with.
Then i called again since no one comes back to me - i was told that it was a system error and the guy was sorting it out with their I.T department.
Until this day i am still waiting for someone to contact me and refund my the extra R189.01 which they were not entitled to charge. I think i made the right decision by cancelling my insurance because no one ever calls you back.
