I Joined Discovery insure to save on my monthly insurance premium. Now every time I want to add something or ask how much a particular item will cost to insure the call takes about 30 min average which cost me extra. I Recently ask them how much a motor bike will cost that I want to buy, after phoning in for 3 days, spending 30 min per session on the phone with them I gave up. They say they'll call you back but never do. Today I ask for a quote on a new vehicle I want to purchase, I made it clear to them I don't want to insure it today as I still need to purchase the vehicle and I would just like a estimate so that I can prepare my budget accordingly. After about 30 min on the phone with them I ask, "can you please call me back if you have the quote ready." "We'll do that, " he said. I received a Email from them with my new plan schedule. Everything was still the same, just with a added vehicle that I don't even have. If I didn't pay attention the email I would of payed R1000 more by the end of the month. Tomorrow I'm going back to my old roots where I get proper one on one professional client satisfaction and not the opposite as with discovery insure :( :( :(
