Case lodged against Tip Top Garden services

I lodged a case with Gabriel towards the end of November 2013.

i had to follow up only for him to tell me that the case has been transfered to Durban with a lady called Nadia.

Once again, I had to follow up and she promised to get back to me with feedback on the 7th of January 2014... I'm still waiting???
