On the 28th August 2013 I called scorpion germiston call centre for a legal matter I have and they said they will call me back they took my details and everything they needed from me and my case number and my case is on the 5th of September 2013 till today I'm still waiting for their call back which is the 4the Sept one day before my court date and then I called back on wednesday the 4th about my matter they couldn't explain why nobody called me and on top of that they send me an sms with the lawyers contact numbers that I need to call the number given by them for my lawyer assigned for me and I'm thinking someone was gonna call me for all the trouble they put me through but NO I need to call them back I'm so dissapointed and frastrated by this whole thing I'm gonna cancel my policy with them never ever again scorpion.
