Cancelled the policy but there are still deducting

My name is Mzwandile Ngidi, I have a complaint about "scorpion legal protection". I filed a complaint about a service provider whom I was not satisfied about. But scorpion never resolved that case for me but hellopeter did came to my rescue. So I said why should I be stuck with something that doesn't work. I e-mailed them a letter, canceling my subscription but there are still deducting on my account. Membership number is 1988200
