I've been battling to get my claim sorted for a month now, leaving messages at the call centre to sort out my insurance claim, the assessment was done and ABSA refuse to finalise the claim or get back to me. I have spoken to 3 claim consultants Marinda, Daffny, and Themba, they all promised to call me back but never do. I find it unacceptable for a huge corporate to give such terrible service. Elsabe Jacobs who is the supervisor of the claims department refuses to take my calls or call me back. She is constantly in meetings for the entire day. PLEASE SORT OUT MY CLAIM
