On the 23rd December my bag was at the Glen Shopping Mall, I went to the FNB to report the matter, I was under the impression my account was frozen, when finally I got to doing a sim swap I get messages my account is in over draw. When I went to the bank and tried to explain, all I was told is there is nothing we can do "we can't help you" I got charged for all the debit orders that went off because I transferred the money out my account only because I didn't want to loose anymore. Its so sad that I had to spend almost R1000 on bank charges and had to pay it back with my sons educational policy!
