Simpler, Better, Faster??? NOT

I bought a house through Standard Bank, since I was working for them at the time.
I left the company as I was offered better benefits from one of their oppositions.

Two years later, I lost my job, and made arrangements to pay them off, of which they were very understanding at the time, and I in the meanwhile started my own company, and went back to making normal payments on the account.

Another two years went by, and I had to make arrangements again, and once again they were very understanding.
I always thought that if you inform your bank about situations you are facing, that they will assist and understand when you ask to be assisted in the future, but this is not the case.

I bought a house with my brother, and is now trying to register the house in my name, since I got married, but now they refuse to give finance, now that I am permanently employed, have two jobs, with sufficient income, and a clear credit record.

I thought I was faithful by keeping one of my personal accounts with standard bank, but I guess it means nothing to them.

The consultant did not even submit both my payslips!
Not to mention that the consultant never gotten back to me.
