Dear Standard Bank,
Last year I asked for a stay on my bond repayments, as my house was occupied by squatters. I supplied you with all the necessary documentation, and, seeing I am unemployed and my only income at present is the rental income from the house, you granted that stay for three months. That was kind of you. However, at the same time you handed my overdraft over to debt collectors without telling me you are going to do so, and removed all access I have to that account by blocking it out, therefor preventing me from making payments as I have been doing all along. How exactly does this make any sence?
