Lucid offered me a service that they would negotiate discount from the transfer attorneys after purchasing a house. After deducting the money from my account I had to follow up and not once did they have the decency to contact me. Appart from that, they never phoned the attorneys. I was promissed a service which I never received, however they continue deducted the monthly premium. Phoning the complaints line doesn't help either, everytime they say they will phone me back but no one ever does. Poor poor service and absolute false information provided by the sales consultant prior to joining. Waste of time, money and phone calls.
