You almost guaranteed that with absa nothing works properly the atm's are bad and old and doesn't do much for you. The call centre I'm not even going to say anything more, but the most irritating part is the dumbest online banking system in place and even after making sure at least 3 times the confirmation was correct did it lock my account meaning I have to now go into a bank making online banking pretty much useless. The cash sends compared to my husbands acc with FNB are a major mess up, it seems they can't get nothing right.
