My vehicle had broken down on the R102 on a deserted patch of road. AON dispatched Roshans' towing service to my aid. Due to the Flat Bed not been readily available they dispatched a representative to keep me company whilst we waited for the vehicle. I would like to compliment AON on their speedy service and affiliating themselves with Roshan's Towing Service which provided great customer service.
I received regular updates and a follow up from Wayne to get feedback on the situation.
I am truly impressed all round with the situation and this is reason I would remain with AON for years to come.
