How irresponsible can a bank be?
How snubbing can a call center act?
To get an answer to those questions you only have to call the ABSA call centre!
I'm not a ABSA customer but since September I get last year confidential customer data like withdrawals, salaries, payments, insurance ASO from a unknown account. With every message I get a ABSA service number (0860008600) for help.
I triad several times to sort out this issue. Every time I called this number the agent refused to help me and refers me to a different department. Every time they triad to connect me I got back into the same queue. My requests to note the data and sort this problem internally got dismissed.

It seems ABSA is not interested into his own privacy police.
Therefore I will post all messages here in my next post. Maybe somebody recognise his own transaction and will sort it out with ABSA.
I'm glad I'm not with ABSA and hope my Bank is handling my privacy more responsible!
