My bank accounts was debited on the 15/11/2013 with R299.99 which was unsuccessful and I was charged R7.00 (Ref. No08997002THE). I send a complain to Sage Pay and Monique responded by send an email to THE BIG FIVE asking for a mandate, and I did not get my R7.00 back and no respond after that.
Today (25/11/2013) my account is debit with R299.99 (Ref. No.09097562THE), I sent the complain to Monique and Andiswa responded saying that I must contact the company. I have told them to stop debiting my account because I have nothing to do with THE BIG FIVE. I do not have any contract with the company. I do not know what more should I say to them in order to stop debiting my account. These are transactions.
