Excellent service received from Outsurance staff

On 26thDecember 2013, I was on my way from Uitenhage to Johannesburg to visit my children. At Graaf Reinett, a drunk driver swerved from left lane to the right lane. When he went to the right lane, it appeared that he would turn right into one of the resting pull over stops at the side of the road. I continued in my lane and when I was about half way he came back to the left lane and hit my car on the side. On 27thDecember I contacted the call centre for claims and was assisted by Janice Pieterse. She asked me to mail a sketch and description of the accident. She immediately made an appointment for my car to be assessed in Johannesburg. Even though it was festive season, she arranged everything and kept me up to date. My claim was authorised immediately after the assessment. I returned to Uitenhage on 7th January 2014 and my car was booked in at the panel beaters on 8th January 2014. When I told the lady that I am going to see a lawyer in order to get my access back, she informed me that it was not necessary as their legal department will deal with this on my behalf. What a pleasure to receive excellent service. I will recommend Outsurance to all my friend, family and the public.
