Tired of even talking about you lot. I added a Sony xperia to my portable possessions when I applied for insurance with you, today I found out its not listed. I have portable possession cover with your sales, but not with the claims department. When I bought a new car I sent you the proof that it has a tracker, yet I still get sms's asking for proof or else!!! I ask you to debit my account on the 25th and you debit it on the 19th. I update my homes insurance policy and you want me to take my car for inspection... Please cancel my policy effective of the 1st of Febuary I will seek an alternative insurer.
