I requested Tax certificates from ABSA International Mortgage Loans for the 2008 - 2012 Tax years. They then quite timeously sent me the Tax Certificates from March 2008 to February 2012.
I then replied saying that the Tax certificate for 2008 is from March 2007 to February 2008 and can they please send that on to me as well. After 3 weeks and various emails they still do not grasp the concept that 2008 Tax year is from March 2007 to February 2008. Their only response is that I should have asked for the tax certificate from 2007 and that I should phone the helpdesk again with the right request.
I did phone the helpdesk again and asked them what they would send me if I asked for the 2008 Tax certificate and a very bright lady this time indicated March 2007 to February 2008.
