On 20 December 2013 I paid up the IQ Academy account i had with Real People and sent numerous emails requesting a paid up letter. Upto this day no paid up letter was emailed to me.
I forwarded my emails to Olivia Adkins on Monday 6/01/2013 who confirmed receipt of my email and said that my query is being handled and that a consultant will contact me, but im still waiting
