General bad experience

I have moterbike insurance with Miway.
On the 10th of October 2013 I was involved in an accident. The initial response from Miway was good and I was really impressed with the team orginizing the checking and fixing of the bike. Then it went bad, worse and now to a point of total and utter disgust with this company.

Firstly my excess was more than I expected it to be. Penalties were added for stuff that according to my initial conversation with the person when taking the insurance. I was also penalized for asaying I have a previous insurer. Which I was talked in to I did not really understand what the person explained. And I was given some discount which I should not have gotten apparently which is held against me. That is not fair. You cant talk people into taking something then penalize them later on for that.

But what is really upsetting me is that with this the whole process was dragged and approval for fixing the bike was only given on the 1st November 2013. I have also been asking for them to send me the recordings of the original conversation but Warren just say it will be send then Im ignored again. I have countless emails where Im requesting this.

But still waiting.
