I need some clarity on my account. I had R 1760.67 on the 25/12/2013 after using R 235.26, on the 29/12/2013 when I tried to withdraw R 1500 it declined, checked my balance only had R 1333.65. I just want to know what happened to the other R 400. Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreciated as I'm very confused as to what happened in my account. Went to Lenasia branch they couldnt explain to me whats going on on the acc. I just need to know. They told me about bank charges, R 400 for bank charges, i feel it's just too much
