The worst service i have ever received

I had an accident on the 05/12/2013 my car was towed directly to the repairs / its been a month and no news of my car - upon investigating i find that kind price has still not given any authorisation to proceed with repairs - i have prompted king price to call me for the last two weeks and still no call has been made,
every time i need to get a hold of them this is what i have to go through, they never call me to confirm or discuss anything - this has been happening for the last month .i have contacted JAAQUE AT THE claims complaints who also failed to get back to me, ' AND THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL THE ROYAL TREATMENT '
