CONTRADICTING INFO

On 5th December i walked into the BLuff branch and requested a partial amount from what i was told is a "32 day notice account" and was refused the amount i wanted to go to my grans funeral in PMB as the mangeress said that funds can only be withdrawn in an "emergency". So i closed the account there and then and she said i will receive the money after 32 days. Today is the 32nd day and no funds in my account. So i phone in the call centre and the call centre lady says that i will only recieve my funds after 45 days as its a "my notice account"

What account is it actually... over the phone the lady is willing to gimme a portion but with a penalty fee but in the branch face to face i am told to come with a death certificate or doctors note...
